Welcome to Simply Scholars Tutoring and Mentorship Services!
Due to the uncertainties of the COVID-19 era, Simply Scholars T & M Services recognizes the limited access to extracurriculars and want to present a platform where your child can prepare and excel for future academic years. We welcome all students who would like to discover path-breaking fields, develop valuable skills and enhance their knowledge across professional & social disciplines.

First, please check the invitation details shared with you (Meeting ID, Password, time etc.) Please refer to the attached link, which will redirect you to the Zoom Help Centre.

If after all attempts you still can’t attend the session, please email us at simplyscholarstms@gmail.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible to discuss alternate arrangements.

Q1. Can I get a refund if my child misses a Tutoring session?

Simply Scholars T & M Services will be adhering to health and safety measures as outlined by the Government of Ontario regarding the COVID-19 Pandemic

All students and tutors will be required to wear face masks for the full duration of their sessions

All work spaces will be sanitized between sessions to ensure safety of both the student and the tutor

Pricing

In person tutoring will be offered at the residence of the tutor unless otherwise discussed.

If the tutor visits the student's residence for the in-person session, the pricing of each hour is subject to change.
Q3. What happens if I cannot join the session on Zoom due to Internet connect/other technical issues?

If your child is enrolled in the Tutoring Program and they miss a session…

WITH NOTICE (24 hours prior): We will contact you to reschedule the session for a suitable time to both the student and their tutor.

WITHOUT NOTICE: We will continue sessions as scheduled the following week. Simply Scholars T & M Services follows a NO REFUND policy.

NOTE: A 10 minute grace period is allocated to the beginning of all in-person or virtual sessions.
